Mr. Montoya is wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with his Conditions of Probation on charges of Breaking and Entering, Battery upon a Household Member and Resisting/Evading an Officer.  He also has an outstanding Magistrate Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Driving while License is Revoked, No Proof of Insurance and No Proof of Registration.
